Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This page explains when you can get your money back for GreetPop Premium, and how to ask. It is part of the Terms of Service.
1. Where You Bought Premium Decides Who Refunds It
| Bought on | Who handles refunds |
|---|---|
| iPhone / iPad (App Store) | Apple, under its refund policy. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot refund App Store purchases myself. |
| Android (Google Play) | Google, under its refund policy. I cannot refund Google Play purchases myself. |
| Web (greetpop.org) | Me, together with Link (Stripe's reseller service and the merchant of record for web purchases). The rest of this page is about web purchases. |
Not sure where you bought it? A web purchase shows on your card statement as LINK.COM* GREETPOP, and the receipt comes from Link.
2. The Free Month
If your subscription started with a free month, nothing is charged during it. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all — there is nothing to refund.
3. When I Refund a Web Purchase
- First payment — 14 days. If you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge (at purchase, or when your free month ended), I refund it in full. No reason needed.
- Yearly renewal — 14 days. If you ask within 14 days of a yearly renewal charge, I refund that renewal in full.
- Mistakes. Charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount — I refund the wrong charge whenever you tell me.
- Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refunded, and a period you have started is not refunded in part. Cancel any time and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
A refund ends Premium for the period it covers, and cancels the subscription.
4. How to Ask
Either way works:
- Email me at verbytskyi.nazar@gmail.com from the email address on your GreetPop account (or say which address it is). I reply within 2 working days.
- Contact Link support, which handles billing questions for web purchases and can refund on my behalf.
The money goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, in the currency you paid in, including any tax you were charged. Link sends you a refund confirmation. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it.
5. Your Legal Rights
This policy adds to your rights; it does not replace them. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from a web purchase within 14 days, as set out in Link's terms. Consumer law in your own country (for example the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act) may give you further rights, and nothing here limits them.
